Beta Pricing: As outlined in the Beta Program Terms and Conditions, the cost is $97/month (USD), with grandfathered pricing for continuous subscribers until September 30, 2025.
Service Availability: Services are provided "as is" during the beta phase, and we may modify or discontinue features with notice.
Payment Terms
Payments are processed via Stripe in USD.
You authorize recurring monthly payments of $97 for the Beta Program.
Failure to make payments may result in suspension or termination of access.
Intellectual Property
All content, software, and tools provided by Business Managed by AI, including the Smart Business Snapshot, are owned by or licensed to Co-op Business Club LLC. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the services for your business during the subscription term.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our services.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access for non-payment, violation of these terms, or at our discretion with notice.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Co-op Business Club LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Beta Program.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Sheridan, Wyoming.

Beta Program Subscription
No Refunds for Monthly Subscriptions: The Business Managed by AI Beta Program is a monthly subscription priced at $97/month (USD). Due to the digital nature of the services and immediate access to the Smart Business Snapshot tools, we do not offer refunds for any payments made.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting [email protected]. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and no further charges will be applied. No prorated refunds will be issued for partial months.
Beta Pricing Guarantee: As per the Beta Program Terms and Conditions, subscribers who join before September 30, 2025, will be grandfathered into the $97/month rate for as long as the subscription remains active without interruption.
Charge Disputes
